Account Deletion

Delete Your Account

You can delete your AutoSpotter account and all associated data using either method below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open AutoSpotter and go to Settings (gear icon on the camera screen) > Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently delete your account and all data.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please send your request from the email address associated with your AutoSpotter account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your user profile (name, email, photo URL)
All scan history and identification records
All AI result reports you have submitted
Your Firebase authentication account
All locally stored preferences and cached data

This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems. If you wish to use AutoSpotter again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is immediate. Email deletion requests are processed within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
